The 7-inch screen has a resolution of 1280 X 800 pixels and also has an IPS LCD which makes viewing the screen comfortable. It is powered by a quad-core Tegra 3 processor which promises the user fast performance. The only drawback of the tablet is that it doesn’t have a rear camera.

The tablet is powered by a 1GHz dual-core TI Omap 4 processor. It has an internal memory of 16GB and it also has a slot for microSD card with expandable memory of up to 32GB.

The tablet boasts of up to 11.5 hours reading or 9 hours video. Along with the slate of books and magazines there are also many apps that are available in the Nook store. Though it has access to the Nook Store it has only limited access to the Android market.Like the Google Nexus this tablet also does not have a camera, which tends to be a big drawback in the minds of the consumer.

The device comes with an internal memory of 8 GB and a piece of disappoint is that there isn’t any slot provided for microSD card to expand the memory. The Kindle Fire links with Amazon’s collection of digital music, video, magazines and books. Though the screen brightness is slightly on the lower side and it could have been better providing the users with better view feature.

We have to admit that there are a lot of high tech specifications which are missing from this tablet but this is compensated with the affordable price tag of 11,000.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 is a 7-inch tablet with a screen resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. The tablet is powered with a 1GHz Dual-core Processor. It operates on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.  It is one of the few tablets that give the user an amazing experience with Android 4.0. In comparison to its competition, Amazon’s Kindle Samsung has front and rear cameras, a slot for expandable memory of up to 32 GB. The rear camera has a 3.0 Megapixel. The Galaxy Tab’s camera quality and performance is lower when compared to other tablets.
